What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies for visitors.
- It uses no tracking and no third-party analytics. It counts visits on its own server, without identifiers (see below).
- It loads no fonts, scripts, maps or videos from other providers. All files come from our own server.
- It has no contact form. Requests reach us by e-mail only.
Server log files
When you open this website, your browser sends technical data to the web server: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the file requested, and the type of browser and operating system. The server needs this data to deliver the website and to keep it secure. We do not combine it with other data and we do not use it to identify you.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of this website. Log data is kept only as long as it is needed for this purpose and is then deleted.
Hosting
The website is operated on a server of a hosting provider that processes data on our behalf and under our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR).
Visitor counting without identifiers
This website counts how often it is opened. For this, your browser sends a short entry to this website's own server when you open a page, when you leave it and when you click Call or E-mail: the page opened, the website you came from (only its name, such as "linkedin.com", or a reference from a QR code), the type of device (phone, tablet, computer), how far you scrolled and how long the page was open. Only the time and these details are stored, nothing else: no IP address, no browser details, no identifier, no cookie. The entries cannot be linked to you or your device, nor to each other. They stay on our own server in the EU and are not passed on to anyone.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in knowing whether this website is found. Because no identifier is stored, no consent and no cookie banner is needed. Only the operator sets a cookie on its own devices so that its own visits are not counted.
When you write to us
If you send us an e-mail, we process your contact details and the content of your message in order to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a possible contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
We keep your message as long as we need it to handle your request, and beyond that only as long as statutory retention periods require. We do not pass your data on to third parties unless this is necessary to handle your request or required by law.
Our service is for businesses. Please do not send patient or health information.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to info@pharmawood.at.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
